US military says a Russian plane collided with a drone over the Black Sea.

A Russian Su-27 jet fighter collided with an American MQ-9 Reaper drone over the Black Sea on Tuesday, resulting in a crash and complete loss of the drone. US Air Force General James Hecker said the Russians' unsafe and unprofessional act nearly caused both aircraft to crash.
