RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces have reached a 24-hour truce.

The Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have agreed to a 24-hour ceasefire proposed by the United Nations, to start at 6pm Khartoum Local Time. Lieutenant General Shams El-Din Kabbashi, a top military officer in the Sudanese army, told Al-Arabiya that General Command of the Armed Forces agreed to the ceasefire on the condition that the UN monitors the movements of RSF.
