(RT)

Twitter has published written instructions from the Turkish government to ban certain users ahead of the country's elections, claiming it had raised "concerns about freedom of expression" but complied with the orders to avoid a nationwide blackout. It also published court orders and correspondence from Turkish regulators, sharing 15 documents with lists of particular users and tweets the government wished to be deleted or blocked. Twitter has taken action against scores of accounts and posts, including Cevheri Guven and Muhammed Yakut. Elon Musk has promised to post the government's demands, and Twitter has objected to four court orders. It plans to challenge the fifth order on Tuesday.
