President Joe Biden has made an historic address to the Irish Parliament, speaking of his pride in his Irish roots and support for the peace process in Northern Ireland. He is now in Dublin Castle for a banquet dinner in his honour, hosted by Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. He praised the "huge strides" taken since the signing of the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, and said the US was "shaped by Ireland".
