Germany to provide supplies to earthquake zone shortly

(CNN) ⸻ German technical aid agency THW is preparing to deploy aid to the region affected by Monday's earthquake. German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser has vowed to send all the help needed. Turkey has asked for a European Civil Protection Team to be deployed, an official said. NATO and the EU have offered to send help following the disaster, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said.
